The Pop Star Portrays a Hell Version of Her Own Identity in Satirical Film Teaser
The Grammy-winning artist is getting ready for a substantial film presence in 2026, starting with the mockumentary titled The Moment.
Throughout the movie, the artist embodies what she refers to as a twisted version of her own persona.
It’s the most authentic portrayal of the music industry that I’ve ever encountered, the star remarked.
She further explained in a conversation: It’s far from a live performance documentary, however the inspiration came from the pressure to make one.
A Sneak Peek into The Moment
The initial preview, released on this week, combines authentic footage from her recent tour with made-up off-stage interactions.
The film is directed and co-written by Aidan Zamiri, who explained that the plot revolves around a world where the artist took completely different paths throughout the marketing of her smash hit album Brat.

She also joined to star in Dakota Johnson’s directorial debut A Tree in Blue.

February will also see the debut of the director’s adaptation of Wuthering Heights, which will include original songs from the artist.
Additionally, she will compose the score for the film Mother Mary, with Anne Hathaway and Michaela Coel, scheduled for release next year.
The mockumentary is scheduled to debut on 30 January.
